Norma Malone

Hello fellow Les Mills fanatics!
My name is Norma Malone; I currently reside and teach Bodypump classes in beautiful Oxnard, California. My quest in fitness started approximately seven years ago when at the age of 30 I reached a startling weight of approximately 200 plus pounds. My health was deteriorating and I literally did not recognize myself in the mirror. Thanks to the support of my wonderful husband and sons I have made a complete transformation. I am now an extremely active and motivated woman; always trying to encourage others to continue on the quest for a healthier lifestyle.
