Hey Team! I am a US Trainer/Presenter for BodyFlow and a US Presenter for BodyStep!

I feel so grateful to get the opportunity to meet and learn from such amazing new instructors!!! I love teaching these programs and having the chance every day to make people smile and have fun while meeting their fitness goals! What we do changes lives! So always remember to TURN IT UP! Hey Emily,
Better late than never....I just wanted to thank you again for the awesome training session in San Antonio a while back. You were amazingly motivating and have made me a Flow "Freak". I did not think I could love anything as much as Combat....I was wrong.
