Hey everyone! I am a US National Trainer for Bodyflow. I feel so grateful to get the opportunity to meet and learn from such amazing new instructors!!! I love teaching these programs and having the chance every day to make people smile and have fun while meeting their fitness goals! What we do changes lives! So always remember to TURN IT UP!
