Great job on the Breast Cancer Fundraiser!!! That is amazing! We did a similar fundraiser with our latest launch( hence the pink hair!Haha!) It was so much fun.
The boys are doing great! They are both so funny--I laugh at them 24/7. They definately got their Dad's charm and their Mom's goofiness!
So good to hear from you. Tell the girls Miss Jenn misses them(if they remember me!) Send everyone at Gold's my love!

Hi Beautiful! I just read your updates on your profile page--lots of excitement going on eh? Hope Emma is well, I miss those little ones like CRAZY! I had a kidsercise class for about a year at the other Gold's up here and it made me think of all my sweet little kiddies at JI. We just launched up here and I was thinking of you all and missing you much! You are still above all my biggest inspiration!!!

Sweet Em. I am truly sorry for the sad news about your sweet daughter. You and little Emma and your family are on the top of my prayer list. Jeremiah 29:11 "For I know the plans I have for you" declares the Lord, "plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future." Please keep me posted.
I'm so thrilled with how you have been blessed on the fitness ! We are all the ones who benefit by having you branch out into Jam or whatever it is you decide to do! You have truly been gifted. Thank you for sharing you heart and your love with us all. I hope you all have a blessed Easter!
Much love,
Skyler

Hi Emily. Thank you for the kind message back. Just wanted to let you know that I was not expecting to get paid for being a guest instructor. I was expecting to put it on at no charge. It's just fulfilling to teach a class. My gym pays me, but I would do it for free if I had to. I would not want to let down my folks! If your gym finds no problem in paying me to do a class, that's okay with me too, but I do not expect it.
Paul called me and told me about the Combat training. Sounds like it's a lot harder than it used to be. He said it's the toughest thing he has ever done, and the bar has been raised on standards by a long shot from what they used to be.
Train hard, train smart, train passionately!

Hi Emily! I'm so sorry your daughter, Emma, had to have surgery for the kidney stones. I'm also sorry I missed you Monday when I came to your gym again. My friend, Paul, was there to do BC with me this time, and he is going to BC training this weekend to get certified for your gym as you know already I'm sure. I went to the Super Q in Atlanta and was a successful trip. They had BC master class at the end of the day at 5:45, but that didn't slow me down because I was motivated. I did Pump, the first one of the day, then Step, Flow, Vive, Attack, Jam, and of course Combat. I didn't do RPM. Reserved seating required and it was going on the same time as the others. Wasn't really too sore because I have been doing some extensive training beforehand for a couple months to help train someone in boxing for an upcoming match in May. Was nice to be in shape for the event.
Don, the president of LM Northeast, did the GFM seminar, which was great! I wrote down 6 pages of information and ideas for our gym, in addition to the book received. Great tips on marketing, presenting the programs within the gym for participants to see such as having 8x10 photos mounted on the wall outside the group fitness room with a Bio about each instructor, and a large erasable billboard of the class schedules for the month, making the paper class schedules look professional with logos, the importance of instructor role modeling (looking and performing the part), how to make your group fitness room look and give the vibe of energy and excitement to represent these great programs...and do it without a great expense. These are just a few of the many things covered.
The new BC #39 was awesome (as usual), and the program presenters noticed me while I was being explosive with the combinations and was singled out during the track. Made me feel good to be recognized. I was drenched, and I do mean DRENCHED, at the end of the new BC class. Needed to drink a gallon of water just to get remotely re-hydrated!
I attached a couple of photos in the Images section of my profile that are from the Super Q. Wish you could have there! Know you would have enjoyed.
I had so much fun in the new Jam release. Great music and moves! The sound of the base rumbled through my body and took over with the moves. Would like to do more of that! By the way, congratulations on your assessment approval for that program! I have a lot of respect for someone who can teach that class!
I hope to see you soon, and I'll send a note a couple of days ahead of time to let you know. Maybe arrange to be a guest instructor.
