hey Gina how have you been doing? I am doing just fine. I am now "officially certified" now. I am also team teaching on Mondays at 4:30 and sub during the rest of the week. The class is also been growing from 8-10 to 10-15 now. I talk to you later.

hey how are you I haven't been on here in a while but anyway I got a withheld on my video what they told me to work on my gfm told me that I am already doing that and some of it she told me it will come in time. I won't be able to go to the q but a few people I think from the y is going. I also made them do a doughnut challenge the other day like you use to do us anyway i talk to you later

I was hoping we could send you a bunch and have you display them in your gym. We did that in our gym and most applications are gone. Several several are making the trip to the big metropolis of Dallas for the race.
