Aaron Ellis here. I'm a trainer/presenter for the Les Mills USA BODYSTEP Team and also a presenter for BODYJAM and BODYVIVE.

I live in Long Valley, NJ USA (about 1 hour from NYC). Used to be a dancer, singer and actor in musical theater. Performed on Broadway and around the world and then found Les Mills! I own a Pilates and Group Fitness studio where we offer classical Pilates training on all equipment and group exercise including BODYSTEP, BODYJAM, BODYVIVE, BODYFLOW, BODYATTACK and BODYCOMBAT.

Heather	Hi Aaron! Great job in Step and Jam! Such fun releases... I really love the new Jam! I was so glad to keep up, in this one! Thanks for calling me out in the ed. session :) When I get tired I don't think my "cheats" are noticeable. This is why I'm not a Step instructor, yet :) Get lower in the legs, and roll thru the foot... I'll be working on it :) H
