hi! i hope you had a great chrissy and new years too...
im not teaching any classes at the moment...
it all got a bit crazy - i was teaching nights, and i have no one to watch my kids now... im working at contours! yup - a womens gym. its different, but i really enjoy it.
hope your jammin' is still going great! I miss it a lot...

Thanks for the Christmas cheer Fab. Hope to catch some of your classes soon. Haven't been Jamming much too busy on the bike but really miss it now my gym no longer carries it.

Hey there Fabrice, i got your message and I cannot confidently say any gym in Darwin does Body Jam simply for the fact we have never had any qualified and available instructors. It would be awesome however, if you can teach here while visiting. Try Beach House Casuarina, they are always willing/looking of rinstructors to fill in classes - call Dylan (08)89272099. Steven

Just wanted to say hi!
Im also a Jammer from Adelaide..well, im actually from Tassie, but moved here in March this year. I love Adelaide!
I've been teaching Jam for about 8 years now.. it rocks, hey!
I teach Jam down at Zest In McLaren Vale now.

Hey dude. Thought I should let you know that Karen is having her bubs tomorrow - I'm sure they will let us all know whether its a boy or girl. I'm sure the little tacker will be Jam'n up a storm in no time at all (actually I think it has been jam'n in her belly for the last 9 months!)
Anyway, I hope you and Pam are well.
