Hello,

I was born and raised in Richmond, VA, but have been living in Washington, DC for the past six years. I just finished my initial training in Body Combat with a great group of people and look forward to connecting with them and other Body Combat instructors out there. I'm also looking forward to the next steps in the journey to be a certified instructor.

Brian	Hi, Derrick. I was just scrolling through profiles and saw yours. I live and teach in Richmond. Not Combat, but Pump, RPM and Attack. I see you're originally from here. Melissa	That is not OK...just kidding. Tracks 6-10 sound good - I better begin practicing...how are the numbers for you on Monday? Since it is a beach theme, we should probably go with the trend...so grey on the bottom and blueish on the top? That works for me...what color handwraps? Blue or black? - black might look good. Let me know =)

Melissa	YAY!!! - Clearly I was unsure and had yet to receive word. But YAY!! - I have no preference...(it is no release #38) but it is up to you. It is your class and I am just coming in, so you pick and then I will take the rest. Splitting it sounds good As far as colors...I am trying to identify a theme....we could just do the combat colors...or do beach theme? I dunno...HAHAHA any ideas?
