It's amazing how you can search your whole life for something that is 100% "you" and then you find it in an unexpected place. That is Body Combat for me. It combines all of the things I've done throughout my life like athletics, playing the drums and wanting to be a rockstar, my stand-up comedy career, coaching, and my desire to make a difference in the lives of others, and puts them all into one amazing, anger releasing hour of fun. I have had so much fun so far and my journey has just begun. Thank you to everyone who has helped me so far and to everyone who will be a part of my Les Mills future.
