Qualified To Teach

The Chicago Quarterly is getting closer! Can't wait to see the latest release in action. Have you signed up yet?

Over the past month or so we released BodyStep 72 and BodyPump 66. As always, I LOVED BodyStep. Those "Vogue" arms were so much fun and Crash made you want to jump higher than you every thought you could! Of course, BodyPump rocked. Living on a prayer was a fun squat track and Moby was a great choice for abs!

Christmas came early with the arrival of BodyStep 73 and BodyPump 67; I can't wait to launch!

Availability

I would love to pick up additional classes at your gym! I have lots of availability and would be interested in training in additional Les Mills programs, especially BodyFlow.

Joella	Yay tall bodysteppers! :) It was great - there were 5 of us on stage. Mark and I always had to stand next to each other to balance out the other 3. Lisa and Craig were very small - and Sarah was in the middle. Good stuff though - so much fun!!!! See you soon at a Q I hope! J

Barb	OMG! It was your birthday! Happy Belated Birthday! Another May baby! Had a chance to meet Crazy Carol while in Fort Worth, TX last week. She sure knows how to make a person feel great on their birthday! Look forward to seeing you again soon!
