Qualified To Teach

I'm Eric I'm 32 I live in joliet, Il and I work for Gold's Gym North and South I just took the Body Flow work shop with Maria, Julie, Kurt. They made a great team and if you ever get them as a trainer they are awsome to work with. I learned so much from them and I hope you do as well.

I also got traiend in Body Pump and Janet was my trainer she did an awsome job on teaching us how to become great pump instructors. I give the trainers a big hudge thank you and a big hug for all your hard work you do on showing us how to teach and woring toghter as a team and in the end is the best part.

We become one big family and grow with each other over time on strength, and wisdom.

So rember never give up your dreams always keep the faith and belives and you will be the best you can be in the end.

Hi Eric,

Are your members loving Attack and RPM? How are your Flow classes going? I love 40 too and I can't wait to get the new releases. It's like Christmas for me, getting the new music.

It would be great to see you when you are here in town,..like a Flow Reunion! I'm subbing some classes at the club we trained at, so I get to see many of our Flow buddies. They just launched Vive there and are planning on training for Attack at the end of June. Planning on coming up for Summerfest? It's got to be the best time of year to visit Milwaukee. LOTS to do!
