Hello Gang!!
Just an update...
Continue to teach my classes and work VERY FULL TIME AS A PERSONAL TRAINER. My main focus over the past months has been competing in bodybuilding shows. My goal was to do ONE on April 5....well.......I won all my 3 categories in that one (FAME WEST 2008) and then decided to keep the ball rolling. Have won the Empire Classic in Spokane Washington, USA and have won the Western Canadians Tested in Kelowna, B.C. Canada. Now it's time to get ready for show number 4!! The B.C. Provincial Championships on July 19th!! People might think I'm crazy doing 4 shows...though I'll be doing another on August 2 in Tacoma,W.A...BUT IT'S A GREAT WAY TO STAY IN SHAPE FOR SUMMER!! :)
