Qualified To Teach

So here is a summary of Me:
Blessed with a beautiful family that includes my husband of 7 years, Sam and our 2 larger than life daughters and one neglected weiner dog. I lucked out with this family. Definitely keepers! In addition to Pump, Flow, Combat, and Rpm, I also teach Preschool Fitness, which is an incredible opportunity to reach kids and get them to think about exercise as a fun thing! I also make them believe that I love vegetables. What they don't know can't hurt them.

The past year has been a whirlwind for me, getting certified in Combat, Flow and RPM. While Pump will always be my first love, I am so excited about all of these programs and am shocked at how much you can sweat on a bike. And combat...well, where do i start....LOVE the jumping Ginga! Love it! And Flow......aaaahhhhh.

Someone today told me why they were waiting until after Christmas to start exercising again. Something about being busy with kids, family, job, housework doesn't want to get up early, doesn't want to stay up late, doesn't want to drag kids to the gym, or doesn't want to go the grocery store sweaty. Just for the record, I was polite and nodded and said "...it is hard to fit it all in". Inside, I was thinking..."You don't know what you are missing! That is 3 whole months of exciting workouts you will miss out on." But, I realize, I am a fanatic.

Oh the potential I see all around us! If we can just get them in the door to Pump, we can hook them on something life changing! Do you remember your first pump? Of course. Make theirs memorable.

I wish everyone could experience fitness the way we get to at quarterly.I will say this...after returning from quarterly, it has been hard to return to exercise where there isn't a superstar around every corner, pyrotecnic displays, and streamers coming from the ceiling. I was shocked to be in a group not screaming their heads off. I wanted to say.....hey, this is a Les Mills class.....Turn it up!

Use it wisely since you are still so very, very young and you know I can send you more Birthday wishes if I knew how young you are! Les Mills looks totally Awesome on you!! Here's to you and a New Year of Pump, Flow, Combat & RPM!!
I hope you will have Fun on your Birthday this Coming MONDAY the 14th of September and that you will keep Celebrating it through the week and next weekend too with your Family and Friends plus Celebrate Many, Many, Many, More of them!!
Hope to see ya soon at a LM Q especially a LMSC one or if you are ever in Arlington or Ft. Worth!

Have you or anyone you know worn the Les Mills brand tight capris (like the ones for BodyStep or BodyPump)? They are on sale and I wanted to possibly order them... I know the tops and bras ran big- know anything about the bottoms? Most importantly, do you know if the capris pass the "bend over" test? haha! I'm so paranoid about my booty showing through. I think that would scare off some members... ;)

Thank you again for letting me practice. I know how much your class means to you and it meant a lot to me for you to let me instruct. It was also extremely awesome being up there with you! I had a blast. Yeah, I sometimes do let me "hair hang down" :) I sometimes wander why I even get my hair high-lighted. What's the point? :) O.K., here is the deal, you have to ask me to be your friend because I am still too stupid to figure this website out! Decent at combat, dumb with computers!!! HA!

Great to hear from you! In the last 3 weeks I have done 2 pump and 2 combat classes!! The teaching was mixed, had a great class with one guy, but well.......need to get back to my 'Y' teachers!!
I have to say, I'm ready to get back home and into my routine again. I'll be at kickboxing on Friday whether I'm jet lagged or not! I'll be the one huffing and puffing in the front!! Looking forward to seeing everyone too!!

dude. i miss you. SO MUCH. can't even tell you how much. we FINALLY got internet here. it only took like a month. i started fantasizing about "would you rather" stuff. like "would you rather eat toenail clippings or have no internet for two months". stuff like that.
