Qualified To Teach

December 2008:
We are in our new house and LOVING IT!!! Life is so much easier in town:) Merry Christmas to all!!

November 2008:

The holidays are upon us and life just keeps getting crazier and better.
I finally sold my house, but am left homeless for Thanksgiving,lol!! But all is good, after the 1st of the month life will be so much easier.

September 2008:
I head to Nebraska Sept 18 for Vive training...can't wait! Vive is SOO out of my current realm of teaching, I am excited to be expanding :) November will be bringing to me BodyStep training. So, it looks as though I am on my way with getting trained in all the programs I am hoping to.

PAIN IS NOTHING BUT

Let's see, where to begin. I am a personal trainer and Group X instructor. I am trained in BodyJam and BodyPump (with hopes to get trained in more:))

I got the Les Mills bug back in January of 2007. I am so amazed by all the love and dedication the company has.

I am proud to be another Les Mills warrior fighting the fight against obesity and a sedentary lifestyle.

Things are really going great at the new gym:) They took a chance, never hearing of Bodyjam and just went with me!! Soooo grateful!!! The girls in the class had been wanting something like this soo badly. I'm gonna try to bring it to other clubs here too......my club doesn't have any other lesmills classes, but I think a club here may have bodypump...and when I moved here they werent taking on bodyjam. I may try the Rec center at kstate next, one of my participants thought I should:)

Jennifer	OOHHH I would love it to be in KCCCC!!!! I would NOT miss that for anything!!!! I've been working on bj48 and really loving it! I wasn't sure about the broadway when I was watching it haha, but when I did it it was pretty fun!:) Whatcha think of it? ~~Jen
