Qualified To Teach

I started exercising about 21 years ago when I lost both of my parents at a young age from heart disease. That was a wake up call for me! I went to one of those small franchise's called Slender You. The machines did all of the work for you and you thought you were working hard and losing weight. I guess you have to start somewhere. They went out of business, so I finally decided to join a real health club near my home.

It was a womens only club called Total Woman. Eventually it was bought out by Final Results Fitness and so begins my 18 years of working both as a Group Exercise Instructor and a receptionist at Final Results Fitness.

I started by teaching Step classes and Hi-Low aerobics. Now I am still teaching Step and Hi-Low, but have added Spinning, Body Pump, Urban Rebounding, Core class, Aeroboxing, Kickboxing. I am very excited about being part of the Les Mills team. We are also adding Body Vive the end of January.

I am very fortunate to be able to be a part of such a wonderful club. We are a family. I have made so many new friends, which makes coming to work enjoyable. I love being around people and being able to make there workout fun.

When I am not at the club teaching or working the front desk, I enjoy being at home with my son and my wonderful husband, just being a mom. I also enjoy being with my nieces and nephew. They give me great pleasure and I love them dearly.

My motto in life is to grab every moment as if it were the last. When you wake up in the morning it will always be a good day because you woke up. Attitude is everything. Cherish and enjoy each moment here on Earth because in a split second it can be taken from you.

I would like to thank Jen and John Wood for giving me this wonderful opportunity to be a part of such a wonderful program, and for being such a wonderful part of my family.

Connie	Right back at ya babycakes! Thanks for an amazing time this past weekend.....I'm still giddy from the whole experience.
