I miss you.
I asked Mike to bug you for your email address. I keep sending you emails and they come back saying it is not a valid email. :(
I really love Combat. I remember taking yours and Linda's classes and thinking how hard core they were. I sent in my dvd and I should here back around the 8th of July or later. BC is so opposite from Flow that I can get wild, let out aggression, and have fun!
Teaching BC followed by Flow is an awesome compliment to each other. Enjoy the cardio then the stretch. Never thought I'd be where I am today with these Les Mills programs. Thanks to you and Laura!
How are things with you?? I keep asking Mike to fill me in and check on what's new with you. He says he doesn't want to bug you or forgets. Can never get a man to do anything!! Do you have any shows coming up?
How do you like the new releases? If you ever need additional instructors to help out with Launches, let me know. I'd love to actually "teach" with you!!!
It would be sooo fun.

I also teach BC and BP (and BA and BS)and got certified in BF last year after turning 40 and relaizing I really needed some balance in my life (I NEVER through Flow was for me but I LOVE it)
I cannot believe you have 4 kids and are in such phenomenal shape
You are my inspiration girl
Hope to get to meet you at a Q someday
