Just wrapped up another fun Q with Les Mills Mid-Atlantic. LMMA really went all out for this event. The stage setup is probably the best I have seen at any event.

Kudos to all the presenters. Many people don't see all the hard work and late hours put into these events. Oh, I didn't forget the attendees. What is an event like this without all the instructors pumping/jammin'/combatting(is that a word? it is now!)/attacking/flowing/RPM'ing/viving/stepping??

Passions: My wife (Carla); Exercising, photography, kayaking and hiking.

What got me started in this:
My wife is a Body Attack, Combat and Step Instructor at Gold's Gym, Charlottesville, VA. After watching the transformation of her body and personality I figure I needed to find a way to participate. So now I get to indulge in my two passions: photography and fitness.

It's those two passions that led me to call my business Fotofitness Photography.

I specialize in fitness related photography. If you are a fitness competitor or bodybuilder I can help you build your portfolio.
Additionally if you are a group fitness manager or gym manager, I can help with marketing your local fitness programs.
I travel throughout the NE, Mid-Atlantic and Southeast regions.

Jennifer	Yep, my camera (which I did not realize until today when my co-workers were looking through the pictures I took this weekend and saw them.) I don't remember a whole lot about that night but it was fun. We have to start planning to go to Super next year too! =)
