Kathleen	So I guess I won't be seeing you in a couple weeks... I'm doing Newbody training and it unfortunately lands on the same weekend as the Burlington Quarterly! :( Have an awesome time, and I'll just have to wait for the photos on Facebook from instructors who can make it.

Kathleen	Hey Fred... Okay, I'm definitely excited for the Burlington Quarterly, especially after doing BS77 a couple times. That release is off the wall! Have you seen BS78 yet? If it's anything like 77, I will freak the freak! Wow! Can't wait to see it all, and see you in a couple weeks!

Can't take Attack training and Run a 1/2 Marathon in the same weekend, that is just too much. I paced myself in the race, finished in 1:55:19, not bad. Going to do another 1/2 in the Spring in Ann Arbor Michigan, goal for that race is 1:45:00 so we shall see, I have 6 months to practice and I know I am capable of more, being my first time out I decided pace was far more important than my time. I am happy with my results. Need to find one in Ottawa next summer and come out to a class that same weekend!

I am officially addicted to racing now!!! It is such a rush!!!

Hey Fred, great seeing you this weekend. Thanks for calling me out during track 6... I was dying at that point and you gave me that little push. Next time I want you to save a dance for me at the party though okay? You rocked it on stage, again as always. I'm already looking forward to seeing you perform at the next Quarterly in November!
