Cool! I'm glad you enjoyed it. Thank you for coming out!!! I love the first two tracks of 44, recover, and cooldown. They were my favs too. I forgot how much fun the house block from 44 is!!! I miss everyone at the gym. I broke ribs and tore ab muscle a few weeks back then just as i was getting better and returning back to the gym I pulled a groin muscle at work. I hope to be back next week. I hope things are well and HAPPY BIRTHDAY. Thanks for checking on me.

Hey Morgan, that's Awesome that you got to tell her H.B. early and Thank you for your info too! I looking at your pics and reading your profile, it sounds like you have an Awesome future ahead of you with your education and that you want to be a BodyJam instructor too, it's the Best of Both Worlds!! Well I do hope that you keep up with your school work and keep going to the gym to get an Awesome workout and to learn more from the Les Mills programs so you will be an Awesome BodyJam Instructor!!!
