HELLO!
Great to hear from you Martin. I am hanging in there - just started walking withuot crutches and now I have started doing upper body in the gym. I have jsut under 4 weeks to heal for the filming - so please send me good healing vibes!
Great to hear that pump is going well for you and you are enjoying it.
All the best for your training for Taupo - thats so cool! I guess its about 6 weeks away? Lots of base thats all I can say. Its not a super hilly course.
Not doing w/shops around the country this round - jsut in Auckland. Fingers crossed I get to come back down soon - I loved teaching in Wellington - you guys were fab!
well take care
Sarah

Hey Martin,
I was so glad to read your story because you look great! I myself am a work in progress because I have lost 70 pounds taking BP, BS, and RPM. I have now relocated to a new part of NC where the club I am working at has all the LM formats and I am loving all the new classes to participate in. So now that I have Pump training down, next for me will be RPM in October... and the last bit of weight to come off before I am ready to upload before and after pictures for the world to see.
Keep up the good work, I'll check back on your progress!

Hey Martin, yup that's me. I was selected to do a marketing photo shoot while I was in NZ for the global summit. NZ is a beautiful country. I wish I had some more time to explore while I was there. Hopefully I'll make my out there again in the future. You guys are heading into your winter now, correct? Hope all is well. Ride on...

Hi M. Glad you survived your trip home. Probably just as well that you got to jump back into classes. Shame to have missed the launches. We are soft launching things here, so pretty low key for summer. The PBAC'ers loved you and are still talking about you! Come visit us again!

oh. My bad. I thought you were gone...I guess that was just one of you who left that day. I wish I was gonna see you in class again, but I don't teach that one. I will see you in passing as I head in to teach Vive, though. :-)
If you feel like cycling Thur night at my other club (6:35 PM), let me know and I will request a pass (for whoever wants to come).

You were totally inspiring! Thanks so much for letting me twist your arm. I am glad you made it back in one piece. It will feel good to work out after that crazy plane ride. Come teach with me again anytime!

Sounds like a plan for tomorrow. I will take over on track 7. I really appreciate you being a good sport and doing this with me to spice up our lives here on the central coast!
Yes- I was there today teaching Jam and Vive...if I had known you guys were there I would have dragged you upstairs! ;) See you tomorrow!
