hey Glen!
Thanks for an amazing RPM experience in NY! RPM 40 rocks, I can't wait to launch it!
Although.... now Kristen wants to certify in RPM. Next month! and we're getting married in 6 weeks! gaaaaa!!! enough stress already!! ;-)
btw. i've quoted your "need to use more weight" phrase in my RPM classes. Definately get a few more gasps for air after tracks 5 & 7 now. Just wait.. we'll keep up with you kiwis soon enough!

Hi Glenn,
I've been teaching Les Mills for 8 years and love the programs. I still use my older release with the new. I love the new BodyPump music. I think E-Type is the best for back tracks sorry if anyone disgrees. When we are doing group fitness we need good solid pounding in your face music nothing sad as you never know what people may be going through my husband and I lost our 22 year old son in July during the release of BP66 and when we came back to teach the back track (What Hurts the Most") could not do it as we cried everytime we played it. So thumbs up for this release. Thank you

The Q was a blast!! I have never liked spinning, but made a consession to take the class with a friend if she took body jam with me. But I loved RPM. I think I nearly passed out twice but it was awesome. You will see how exhausted I was by the look on my face in the pic I took with you. Glad you loved the city. I love NYC so much that I commuted to the Q from the city!!!
