Hope u all r doing great in all the different countries you come from.

I´m so glad that I found my way to the wonderfull LM classes 6 years ago. Because it definately changed my life...as it surely did to your´s, too ;-)

6 years ago I joined the gym, just because a friend of mine didn´t want to go there on her own. I was only 16 years old :-)
First time I did BodyCombat ... I was knocked out!
The people around me, the instructor in front of me...the atmosphere...it was enormous!
But I settled in very quickly and began to joing regularly.

As u all know...it never stays JUST ONE PROGRAM!!Right?!
I joined BodyPump and couldn´t get enough...
but to be honest...I cursed this program after my first BP class, because I couldn´t even walk down the stairs....that´s how bad my legs hurt..*lol*
Somehow I made it then and came back two days later doing BP again ... sounds like I became a Sports-masochist...*loool*
That´s what LM did to me ;-P
Totally shaked up my life...told ya :-D

At the end of 2007 I decided to try it myself as an instructor. And here I am, still committed to LM and glad to have chosen this path.

As I told u before...it never stays ONLY ONE PROGRAM! My gym needed a new BodyJam instructor. I loved dancing and liked Jam ... do I need to tell u more? *g*

Right now I am working as a Fitness-Trainer and Instructor in divers fitness centers.
In Oct.I will begin my studies - Psychology.
Hope I will still be able to teach classes meanwhile.
But I´m sure where there's a will, there's a way, right ?! :-)

That´s some facts about me and my life :-)

Yasmin	kira ora, schön, dass Du Dich meldest :) ich muss gucken, glaub habe kein rotes...sorry, nur eins von pump in rot schwarz, is aber ein neckholer, das logo ist mini...würde gehen - aber irgendwie is es halt combat, ich muss nochmal wühlen... weiß finde ich auch doof... schwarz habe ich - wie immer... :) meld mich nochmal cheers yass

Chris	Kia Ora! Als du mir die SMS geschickt hattest, war ich schon im Land der Träume. Ich war gestern noch zum Grillen eingeladen und anschließend ab zum Badesee. War die hälfte des Tages neben mir. Zwei Tage Party + Les Mills Event knabberte doch etwas am Körper ;-) Wünsche dir einen guten Start in die Woche. LG, Chris

hey klasse ! kann mir body balance auch super bei dir vorstellen mit den ganzen eleganten bewegungen :)
ja marina ist klasse - hatte damals auch bei ihr die balance-ausbildung
ich fliege in 2 wochen nach england um nadine zu besuchen und beider gelegenheit nehemn wir gleich das superquarterly in manchester mit - jacky mills und lisa osborn sind u.a. auch als presenter da :) freu mich schon total !
sonst gehts mir ganz gut - is ja immerhin sommer :)

Christian	Hey, wie gehts, wie stehts? Ich hab gesehen dass du auch BC und BJ machst, so wie ich aber dabei wird es nicht mehr lange bleiben und dann kommt Body Vive dazu. Wie ich sehe, bist du genau so verrückt nach Body Combat, so wie ich. Ich bin immer froh genau so verrückte zu finden wie ich es bin ;) LG Christian Dont give up and do it!!!!!
