Hey Lynn -- glad you had fun up here. Yes, we have a vineyard right here on Whidbey Island and they are open for wine tasting and there is also wine tasting in Langley and Freeland. So the wine is covered and since you are Pump and Jam junkie we have that covered, too.
Yes, we just launched Jam 50 as well and the members loved it. (very cardio, yes???!!!!) Maybe we'll see you next time you are in town. Jane

It's been a while since the filming in 2007... and since I last watched the DVD, so I'm planning to do so once this messgae is written ;-). So glad that you enjoyed #44!!
G and his team have done (and are still doing) a fantastic job !!! We (me and my sis) are planning to release #50 in a couple of weeks, it's looks so cool!

I think all LesMills people are the same. He is coming to our club on August 17th so I don't think that will work, BUT I believe there is a quarterly around the time you are coming in Seattle. Hi Lynn -- sorry for the late answer. Our club is on Whidbey Island. It is around 30 minutes from Seattle and the a ferry ride. We would love to Jam with you, but you can probably find a club closer to Seattle, like Golds. Anyway, if you are in the neighborhood, just give a shout. Would love to Jam. See ya -- JaneyG

Cheers Lynn...appreciate the shout out :) We all spend a lot of time scripting in prep for filmin although its fair to say that we are so well prepped it does allow for those spontaneous moments which is where half the good stuff comes from! 50 is just around the corner!
