Are you serious that you weren't the slightest bit sore after the weekend? Dude, you're a machine!!! I might need to start making that BODYPUMP challenge even tougher!
Totally enjoyed Saturday and Sunday. Was initially a little sad that my first weekend off for I don't know how long vanished. But spending it with such a throroughlly good bunch like you guys was more than worth it. Highlight for me was the run around Darling Harbour although it was little surreal when the Japanese tourists started taking pictures of us!!!
"How long, how loooong..." about 48 hours by my reckoning. Best of British for Sunday (that means good luck in Pommie speak). Look forward to hear how BODYPUMP and BODYSTEP are progressing via the Les Mills.com

It was a blast. Pretty diverse crew, lot's more guys than when i did step that's for sure. Pump challenge wasn't as bad as I thought it might be. What's the RPM challenge like?
Loaded up after the last presentation just to make sure body was totally smashed. Looking forward to next weekend, it'll be interesting to see how everyone goes. Stay tuned...

Well after reading your profile it is of no surprise your work is of a consistanly high standard!!
Look forward to hearing your stories from BP training! Kim...hmmm, I have the utmost faith in her that she will smash you.... and rightly so. Might send her a message to ensure this is the outcome.
No doubt our paths will cross at an adventure race along the way.... hope you don't mind being beaten by a bunch of girls...... smiles.......
