My name is Guy and I live in Chamblee, GA. I have been working out at Adrenaline Fitness for about a year and I am just now diving into the world of Les Mills - props to my wife, Derek Snowden, and Lisa Witzlib for getting me into the classes.

Health and Fitness is a passion of mine but I also enjoy golf, wakeboaridng, and snowboarding. The day job keeps me behind a desk so I like to be as active as possible when I get the chance.

I don't really get into TV. I love to grill and do it often! I wear a headband when I work out. I like cars that go fast. I enjoy red wine and good food. I try to be positive in all life throws at me.
