BODYSTEP™

Greetings everyone! My name is Rob and I'm an instructor in training at ProFitness in Tucson, AZ. My absolute favorite program is Body Step. I'm going to try on being an instructor with Body Step and see how it fits for me. If it seems like it works out, I may add on Attack, Flow or Vive next, but I'm taking it one day at a time.

When I'm not at the gym I'm a Geometry teacher at Empire High School in Vail, AZ just outside of Tucson. Yes, I hear the groans, but Geometry totally rocks when you're in my class. At least I hope so, anyway!

you rocked this weekend, my friend! There's no doubt you'll do well in your module next weekend. Have a great time, and enjoy being pushed to your physical limits.

as for BODYVIVE, I'd love to come back to AZ to do a training. Instructors have to be associated with a facility that licenses the program first, so that step will have to come before you can attend. but hopefully you got the gist of what an amazing program BODYVIVE is over the weekend and a little insight into what populations could really benefit. stand strong, and it'll happen before you know it.
