Did you say you're on vacation this coming weekend? I went on Key Largo's website and see you teach a Saturday 9:30 am Combat class. Josie's team game is much later Saturday so I was hoping to come to your class. Let me know :)

Hiromi,

That's great news! Vive is a fun program. It's got body lines quite similar to BodyAttack and BodyStep, so if you practice strong core, long arm-lines and sharp knees and legs, you'll have the physical part down.

You get 3 tracks, but it's a simpler program than Combat or Step. I think you'll do well in it. Jen is very charismatic and will help you know how to approach each track the best way. She gives great feedback.

I was in Columbia briefly yesterday for my daughter's soccer practice. Then we found out it was outside Jeff City. I thought of all of you while I was there :) I'll be there in July and, hopefully, will drop in to see everyone on Friday July 24. Got to see what the game schedule is, then I'll know for certain.

Let me know how your Vive training goes. I'll try to contact you closer to the end of July.

Ahhhh...girl - the Q was off the hook! Loved every minute. It would have rocked to have you there.

I will see what I can do - but I am not the power behind the Q's! I wish there was one close to me - in Nebraska.
