Hey Shelly _ I have to tell you I think NICU nurses are the best and most compassionate people in the world. I had a son who was born with a congential diaphragmatic Hernia (he was a fighter for 5 days and 5 hours) but know he is my angel. Our nurse was amazing and I would never forget all the she did.

Hey! I JUST got my results back after having sent my video in September. It's crazy! Are you South Central or South East? I think SC is sllllooooowww. I hope you're healing well. I'm pretty sure I'm gonna need knee replacement surgery by the time I'm 55 :)

Happy Belated Thanksgiving! I received my Pass on Thanksgiving Day WOW!!, my sister in law also went into labor that day so double wow!! I hope you get your results soon and I hope you had a wonderful Thanksgiving. Let me know when you get your results.

Well, Nurse Shelly, :) they are doing tests to see what is causing it, but yes it does run in my family, so I'm hoping it's just that and nothing else. I go again to the doc today, so she may want to run another test. It's just stressful!!!!!!

Hey Shelly! Good to hear from you and I'm so glad to hear that your ankle is better. I've actually been out of teaching for about a month now b/c I'm having some really high blood pressure issues that I'm trying to get under control. I've been SO SAD that I haven't been able to work out and teach for so long. I know that you know the feeling!
BUT, I do have some great news... I just found out yesterday that I PASSED my video!! YAY!! Let me know how yours goes and good luck. You were awesome at training, so I know you'll pass!

Hey Girl,
Yes everything is still crazy hectic in a good way. Still anticipating results from pump and at the same time waiting for the new music to come in, study study study learn learn learn. Hope things are well I'll keep you posted when I get my results. Keep pumpin.

Thanks so much for you inspiration! I am about to send my video off this week. We had construction at our gym that kept us from shooting our video for a few weeks. So I will cross my fingers for ya! I know you passed! Talk to you soon

I just sent off my BodyAttack video, they received it and the waiting seems to be between four and six weeks - and I have NO patience what so ever...what's a girl got to do??
