Hey B
loved all except BS, just never got into it and have been having achillies probs so took a few weeks off from BS (but loving BC, BB, BA and BP)
Just got notice that next autoship is in 2 weeks, seems so soon
I"ll miss our next Q (11-21), will be away for business travel and doing an event called the breast cancer 3 day (60 miles walked in 3 days to raise money for breast cancer research, I do it every year) so you'll have to tell me all about it
Our US Program Coach for Combat is in BC42 so I can't wait to see it!

on travel for work this week (yet again)
took today off for some retail therapy
3 days of meetings ahead
hoping to get to a BP/BS class tomorrow but will depend on how work goes
Cramming all the new stuff, launches in 2 1/2 weeks and I know very little
how's your chory cramming going?

Hey Brenda,
Yeah I did, sound system was a bit dodgy, liked the second half of combat the first I will wait and see how it feels doing it.
They said there might be a delay in getting our stuff, Iknow some peeps got theirs already, but, mine not arrived, apparently coz of the London Post Office strike.
Yeah can't wait for the live shows of X factor count down to crimbo lol!!!

Hey Brenda,
How are you?? ETM Assessor training went well, passed it all just waiting on the cert to come through the post now :0)
I'm not doing qw's this time either as I have a party on Sat night.
Haven't seen any of the new stuff so don't know what's in it. I do know we might get it a little later though because of the postal strike in London :0(
Giles and Garry are coming to one of our sites on the 27th so hopefully the music will be here before then otherwise we're going to look pretty stupid lol!

Hey B,
Hows things, you having a nice weekend?? Ah well the countdown to xmas has begun..............X Factor has started lol!!!! I quite liked it last night, a girl from my work was in the front row of the Glasgow audience, I was dead dissappointed coz she said Cheryl ignored the crowd and had peeps stirring her water etc, I always thought she was really down to earth, but, she said Simon was lovely, anyway am off to attack, take care xx

nothing much new here, haven't been traveling as much as I used to so enjoying being home, teaching and actually getting some work done
I teach BA this a.m. then off to Texas for a few days to run a conference for my day job
Our next Q is mid Sep but I'll be missing it for a family wedding so you'll have to tell me how it goes
As usual, I can't believe we're getting new chory so soon, I was just settling in to those very short few comfortable weeks of knowing everything and making mixes of my fav stuff

Hello Brenda,
How are you? Been your hols?? How you getting on with new releases, tracks 6,7,8 on pump are hard hard hard!!!! My poor little muscles!!!
Luv the new combat although think it much easier than 39, luv all the tracks apart from track 2 which is a bit blaa!!!
So you got a nice week ahead, I am off this week, so catching up with lots of peeps and have a hot date with my husband tomorrow, we hitting the town, cinema, shopping, food, drinks can't wait.

we launched BC a week ago at one club, so far that's it
Launching BA and BB this weekend
BP launches w/o me but I"ll be teaching new starting next week
BS waits til July 22 so I still have some time to learn that
Still cramming BP, BA and BF
have already taught BC a bunch of times
LOVE the new BC
BV training was cancelled due to low registration so I'll stay at 5 programs for now
Enjoy your holiday
You definitely deserve it!
