Deborah - Thanks for an awesome Combat class last night at the Y. And thanks for the opportunity to teach a track - I was thrilled...and happy that I was able to pull it off on moments notice. I will definitely attend another class the next time I'm in town.

I am sorry to hear that. I was really looking forward to going too. I keep forgetting that you are an East Texas alumni too. I definitely look forward to you getting me onto that new field. I went by when they were still working on it. It looks very cool.

Hey there! I saw your profile and noticed your from Houston!! I just got back from there yesterday, was visiting friends. We used to live there, 2002-2006, LOVED IT!! Miss it soo much, it felt like we were home again:)
Sounds like your a very strong person to have weathered all you have been through, I know that would be extremely tough for me also.

Hey Deborah,
There are lots of LM couples, I can't list them all but it is pretty cool!
Kristen from Maryland was proposed to after her class, they went to NZ for their honeymoon and I saw them on my BV 10 DVD, Mark Nu even mentioned them on the filming, totally cool!

Actually my husband proposed to me on stage right after I finished teaching one of my bodypump classes...I always say at the end of class " if anyone has any questions/comments, please come on up and ask me" ..and well he jumped onto the stage & said "I have a question." and he dropped down to one knee and proposed..Was the coolest way!!
