Hey Ben,
Thanks for the team shout out in your profile! That was so much fun! We did the 1st BC class last Tuesday night at Gold's and we had about 50 people in that room. The class had such a great energy and everyone loved the workout!
They loved the "steam" story too!
Combat is going GREAT! I can't wait to video!
