I live in central Wisconsin and started doing Body Pump in September 2007. I loved the class and jumped at the chance to become an instructor. It has been a secret goal of mine to do this, so I feel very blessed to be doing something I feel passionate about. I have 3 kids, I enjoy road biking, anything to do with the beach, and I hope to learn to surf someday.

Hey Hotstepper! Focus on the notes for the shoulder track. You will see that whenever you begin a block or set, you move into a split stance. Think of it this way, if I was looking at you straight on, I would move the leg back on the same side that I see you doing, "mirror image". So if you watch the video, you learn the release by mirroring their move. Hope this helps! Good Luck!
