Hi!
Did Vive tonight actually, a newbie left the class going 'I didn't think that class was meant to work you that har' lol . I do it to help with mobility etc after spinal surgery.
I've decided I will call him 'My Shihan' (time to get possessive in a room full of sweaty girls i think) Told him I will do my best but he might have to perform CPR - which he said, well can't actually say what he said but you get the point I'm sure. Little annoyed that Michelle Bridges will be at the Adidas store close to his dojo at the same time as the class coz i love her.
The Oaks if booked thru wotif.com was only $100 a night full amenities in room and walking distance to gym. Stayed at backpackers once there and hated it. Also found that most of them were nearly as expensive.
An instructor from gym is going to this round of filmings - hope she learns the art of pre-cueing from them, or at the very least cueing in general - she's terrible (I mean don't know how she got through training and I know that she would never pass video certification). I'm actually not being bitchy, she is really just bad and definitely not fit enough esp to teach attack. I find it demeaming to LM. But from Raina's perspective you're great!!!! Personally think she has bit of a crush on you........
Try and fit in a trip up to the Bay of Islands in Feb, great time of yr for it - I had a ball up there and listened to 'Get me bodied' from bj 44 on repeat for the 4 hr drive. Love remembering G he is hilarious on & off stage esp when he tries to speak with a french accent.
Reason for PM was didn't want to put those not so nice comments about that instructor for everyone to see, I'm sure she means well.
Time for me now to find connections to the Australian Open Tennis I have to see Roger Federer play once in my life.

Hi!
Will be in Melb next on Wed 21st, but have informally agreed to do boyfriends 1 1/2 hr long kickboxing/muay thai class, either that class or a pt session. Kinda scared been avoiding doing them for years. Put it this way he has that many black belt dans that in order to progress he has to be graded in Japan. Think BodyCombat muay thai track on speed, but longer than 4-5 mins haha. Worse thing is I will have to refer to him a 'Shihan' in class. I only call him that when I am being a smart a...
So Rec Carnegie is that the one a Dandenong Road?? on the way to Chaddy??
So are you planning to trek to Akl again - want a traveling buddy? I'm sure we could find a way to sleep in the gym with a sleeping bag on some yoga mats. Although the Oaks apartments were quite nice.
Would love to do your class, will let you know when next in town.

Firstly I never leave msg's on here!! Quite pathetic of me I guess. So what is the best Jam class you teach (ie #'s/atmosphere etc)? In Melb every so often & no one has it where I know live - which I hate. If I do get to one of your classes don't pick on me - haven't jammed since last 2 trips to NZ. Filming prep of 45 was last one. Aren't classes in Studio undescribedly (spelling?) brilliant??!

Hi Patrick,
Had a sneaky look at BV 12 already. You said you were in the background of track 4 at the filming. Are you the guy with the red shoelaces or the one wearing back/grey top and shorts?Been trying to guess!!! Bet it was heaps of fun on the day...Must say I love track 6. Bring it on!
