Mild-mannered lawyer-turned-financial planner and daddy, I long searched for a way to tap into the hidden JAM-bility that all humans have.

Then, an accidental (okay, it was purposeful) dose of JT and Body Rockers tunes and G corey interacted with my unique body funkiness (okay, no jokes here; it's just too easy). :)

And now, when I hear Sean Paul (or any jams in the rare count of, uh, 8) blasting from the local Gold's Gym Group X Room (okay, anywhere), a startling metamorphosis occurs.

Driven by the urge to reach Jam Euphoria, I am pursued by investigative legions of fans (okay, just Gil and Gina).

"Gil and Gina, PUMP UP THE VOLUME on that BodyJam CD. You will enjoy class more when you do. I will become, Jammer E."

BE THE FIRST TO NAME THE TV SERIES ON WHICH THAT PROFILE IS BASED.

"Uh oh, uh oh! Here comes the Jammer!"

NOTE: Even as Jammer E, I'm always a daddy. And loving it! Hello to everyone in Austin and, of course, the B-O-I.

Jam Euphoria: a state of emotional, mental and physical well-being achieved through a series of LM movements that

What's good in Boise?
As for me, after nearly a month, I finally got my video uploaded for the waxing lyrical contest. What a hassle that was.
Anyway, check it out and let me know what you think. It's not my best rendition, but it is the one that taped the best.

Kara	The class was awesome! I am going to try to become somewhat of what you might call a "regular" in your class on Sundays.
