Hello Friends,

Now I am in Palmdale California!

No BP or BV here just imitations, how sad.

I am looking for a club to teach Body Pump or Vive in this area...I continue to practice all the chorography.

I have a daughter and husband, Ed and Jasmine who are enjoying sunny California with me. We enjoy taking hikes in the mountains and walks along the beach. Last weekend we went to Malibu beach, it was a bit windy and cold but beautiful. It was fun...your really in a whole different environment.

I enjoy meeting new friends...especiallly those who enjoy Les Mills programs. There are not any who know about Les Mills in this area.
