I am an instructor at Innovative Health and Fitness in Franklin WI
I was born and raised in Milwaukee WI and am the wife/mom to Jeff and two boys Andy (3 1/2) and Isaac (2).

Body step is my very first teaching adventure...and so far, I love it and I'm learning alot each release, and from my fellow body step sisters! Each class I'm getting a little more familiar and comfortable. I just completed Body Attack Training this past weekend, (6-28-08) and it was tough, but I'm looking forward to "the journey!"

We just launched all the new Les Mills releases with the theme "Les Mills Luau" at our gym this past Saturday! We had decorations, leis for the members, prizes, and a raffle. We launched Body Attack for the first time and WOW, did we get a turnout for that! The room was PACKED! It was alot of fun (despite the fact that there was so much sweat on the floor that we were slipping here and there!)
