Hi Jan,
I trained with Matty and you back in Dec 2007 for BV 4. There is another training coming to MN and I was wondering if you were going to be there or if you knew who was doing that training on May 1st. I have been the only BV instructor at my gym since we launched the program and I teach 8 sections a week!! I'm very excited to be getting a co-instructor now!! I hope things are well with you!!!

Our launch was awesome. So many people enjoyed the experience. I team-taught my first class on a Sunday afternoon with Melissa. What a team we make. It was an awesome experience and so much fun to teach. They all had a blast. Videoing this Sunday!! Let you know how that works out. Thanks again for all that you did. BodyVive On!!!

Hi Jan! We launched BODYVIVE today. It was a blast. It is such a wonderful fit for our members. Thank you for training and inspiring us. I think of you every time I practice our routine and am so excited to start teaching this week. Thanks for all your help. It's been such a great journey!

This past weekend was so cool. It was all I could think about all day long and cannot wait to get started on learning the other tracks. I have told all my coworkers what a workout it is!!! Thanks for your kindness and coaching that helped me get to where I am. Kia Kaha

I enjoyed the initaial training for Body Pump in Clemson, SC on the weekend of the 9th thru the 11th. Hopefully we can visit your gym sometime and take some of the other les mills classes. Hope all is well.
