Hi Jan! When will you be back in a Flow video? I LOVED your presentation! I would love to see you again very soon! I just passed Combat after an excruciating ton of work! Funny to be doing the polar opposite formats! I also actively teach Pump. I went through the Step training, but it wasn't for me. I have a ton of injuries, (I have a very old body!) so I opted not to pursue it. Combat is painful too, but it is closer to my passion than step! So tell me when I get to see you again in a video!
