Qualified To Teach

I've been lucky enough to live in a few different countries over the last 15 years (due to the nature of my husband's job) with the highlight being Auckland, New Zealand, where we lived 7 years ago. I was an unsuspecting, out-of-shape, stay-at-home mother when I became a member of Les Mills World of Fitness. I had a blast the short year I was there. This experience fuelled me to go back to using my Phys. Ed degree (from UWO - go Mustangs) and my SAFS training (group fitness certification from Switzerland) which I did when another move took us back to Canada. I eventually got certified in Bodystep and Bodypump and was getting right into instructing when, sigh, we moved again. We are now in Sweden after recently moving here from Switzerland. Confused yet?

Hey janet!

YES, yes i teach in the stockholm erea, but only Bodystep at one location. its at västertorpshallen in hägersten on mondays 1730 and saturdays 1045. Unfortunatly BS isnt an hit in stockholm. dunno why. @ my club the bodystep classes are rocking!! always full and u have to be there approx 30 min before class starts to get an ticket! its insane!

I know some other clubs that offer BS in stockholm. and its north of town. in lidingö ther is i form. and in vallentuna u have gym o sim. theese 3 places is the only i know currently offering BS. i some times substiut theese clubs if nessecary.

Barbara	Hi Janet: And so we find each other on this addictive site...too funny! I traveled in Cast C 92/93 - I am sure there are some people/staff we both know. Our traveling years won't get us to the same reunions since we traveled 6 vs. 5 years apart! BodyStep makes me HAPPY, BodyAttack gives me the fitness level to be happy at BodyStep:)
