Qualified To Teach

Certified to teach Body Pump, Cycle, and RPM. Right now I only teach RPM, 3-4 x's a week. I absolutely love the program and love teaching it. I also enjoy riding outdoors, long challenging rides with friends. I like to bring my outdoor experiences indoors, making great visuals. By day I am a histotechnologist, not as much fun as RPM.

No thank god! It's 13.2 miles or something, half a marathon. Still a long way for me though! Going on the treadmill tonight just had my protein bar and banana in preparation. Is that your dog? I live near Newcastle where abouts are you? Everyone here has different opinions though, I want to get into bodybuilding but all the information is so conflicting I don't know where to start! Will look forward to seeing you on Facebook!
