My Favourite Programs

I started Body Combat and Body Pump 6 years ago at LA fitness in Formby. Balance came a couple of years later. I am completely hooked!

Qualified at combat last year and loving it! Just finished pump module with Jim Shields - he is fabulous!! Had a brilliant time, would recommend anyone to do their module with Jim. x

I am currently in the process of moving down to Poole to work for the Dorset Health Authority and I will definately be keeping up with my classes once i have had a chance to settle down. I will miss all the guys from my classes at LA fitness Formby, LA fitness Liverpool, Bootle leisure, Total Fitness Sefton and David Lloyd Speke; they have all been fantastic!

Tristan	Hey mate, 3 weeks on, and I had to do Hairspray again, and it was alot better !!! I knew the moves, and I had the banter, so didn't do too bad. How are things over in Poole?

Tristan	Hiya, Had a crap day at work last night, and thought I'd best get to Combat. Wasn't really up for it - and then Melvin gave me the headset for me to take the Hairspray track - I was crap !! My heart wasn't in it. I could only tell people what moves to do, and not any of the banter :-( Practice makes perfect eh

We had a class on Monday instead of Attack, and the girls saw me outside, and kept trying to look up my shorts when I was doing the crunches. They EVEN took a photo - the swines!!!

They should have used a wide angle lens.

Tristan	Are you ready for your last class? You have got to do 'Hairspray', just for a laugh. I can't make Thursday, mainly because (a) I'm stony broke (b) I've been out far too much recently. I'll be there tonight though.
