Hey whats up??

I'm James and am now going to be a senior in high school. Yeah pretty young to start teaching group fitness at 16; someone once told me -it dosen't matter if your old enough, as long as your good enough.

Les Mills has compleatly changed how i thought about fitness. A little over three years or so back, fitness would have been the last thing on my mind and all i would want to do is sit around at home grazing on whatever food was in the house. Then i got introduced to Les Mills and that changed me so much. Now i can't stand being away from the gym and sitting at home.

The gym I go to and am an instructor at is Oxygen in Bayville, NJ. The trainers there are truely amazing in what they do and how they motivate everyone in class and know how to transform every class into a party. It's one big family here!

**Passed training and my video in BODYFLOW 40. I was assigned standing strength and balance during my training. LL, thank you so much for being such a great trainer and coach! I learned so much in that too short of a weekend! You too Barb!!! a.k.a "mom" haha!!! BE THE CALM IN THE STORM.

**Passed BODYCOMBAT training and my video! Feels so good to yawn again after training. My tracks were combat 1 and power training 3 on 37. I got so much information from both Angel and Danielle. FITNESS IS A BATTLE, WELCOME TO THE FRONT LINE.

**Video is all set and done! Let's see what's next! Trained in 47 and I love the release. Got tracks 7 from the Samba de Jeniro, and 11 from Freakin' Fakin' House blocks. I reached my goal during the training of being a sponge and soaking up as much as I could. Thank you Lydia, Jericho, and Makeba for such an amazing training! IT'S LIKE A SPANISH INQUISITION WITH A HIP HOP SOUNDTRACK.

Now...I'm good with just the three for a while :)

WOW!!! The Q3 08 was amazing!! I met everyone I wanted to and JACKIE MILLS! She is such an amazing and real person. (haha, you should of seen her face when I told her I was 16!) I go to take 3 classes with her and squeezed into the education session. Also tracked down the rest of the NZ team and met all of them too! BEST WEEK EVER!!
