Hey everyone, my name is Jessica and i am currently a BodyPump, BodyJam, BodyStep,and BodyFlow. instructor here in beautiful South Texas at Gold's Gym! Truely we are changing lives everyday! I enjoy being active whether it is teaching classes or being at the beach.

when you sit in the toilet, you pull your hips back, push out you chest and check that your knees don't go beyond your toe line.. or....you prefer to eat donuts with your thumb in the hole!
YOU KNOW YOUR A BODYATTACKER IF.......
music is just never fast enough in a night club...or you would like to try the beep test again.
YOU KNOW YOUR A BODYJAMMER IF.......
you find yourself executing inside heels in time with the music whilst talking to people....or.... you have been learning to rap.
YOU KNOW YOUR A BODYBALANCER IF.......
you breath out when you bend over to pick things up from the floor....or.... you travel through intense pose when sitting on a toilet
YOU KNOW YOUR A BODYSTEPPER IF........
when following people up stairs you cant resist the urge to tell them to get there heels on the step.
YOU ALSO KNOW YOUR A BODY COMBATER IF......
You think your puppy is setting up or executing a roundhouse kick when aiming for a fire hydrant. (their hips are open&wide)

Jamie	Lol...you're way too nice...I liked jam though...it was a lot fun...I'm thinking about applying though..man, it would be awesome...we'll see what happens...It was soooo good to see you and Luis Carlos....awwwww, my first bodypump instructors :)...you'll be seeing me even if it's just to drop into jam from time to time...man, ya'll rock!!!

Hey Jessica,

Major congratulations to you on your results with BodyJam and BodyStep...WOW distinction in BodyStep, damn girl and you said that step wasn't your thing. Well I am beginning to think otherwise. I know that your are fantastic at what you do and you have so much fun and energy inside of this tiny little body it amazes me at times where all this energy comes from...the fun I already know!!! You know that in my heart you are my number one fan. Always have been and always will be. Congrats to you little darling and may you succeed on many more future endeavors.

Hiya Jessica,

RPM is coming along GREAT! I'm working in a song or two here and there from 38, getting ready for our launch in July. I also received 39 and 36 (37 was backordered) and can't wait to start learning them. :-) I'm all over it! I even incorporate the RPM style riding into the old CDs I've made over the last year. Love this stuff. Working hard to get that filming done, too. Shouldn't be a problem.

Hey, I just found out yesterday that Les Mills South Central is planning a "mini-quarterly" sometime during Sept in south Texas. Maybe I'll see ya then, eh?

Oh gosh, I missed your Bday!! Yikes!! Happy Belated Bday Mujer! I hope that you had a blast! Well as for me I have been totally MIA in Bodyflow, I am currently studying for an exam and I moved the date for mid August. I expect to be back on full swing when I'm done! The new release is awesome I have to admit, my fav song is track number 9. How about yours? I hope that the lower south of tx is treating you good and that you are going to the beach often!! :) Take Care and talk to ya laters!
