Howdy Jess :-)
I had a great time today in BodyAttack 46 and the BP mix. My legs are quite sore right now but I still have some of the high left :-)
Thank you so much for doing BodyAttack 48 on Monday and telling me about it. This is truly a BodyAttack christmas time! It reminds me that I should spend some time trying to produce chorey notes for BA 47 and 49.
See you Monday
Bill

Hi! I didn't even think about having to be a nice driver...vanity tags do make one esaily Identifiable! Shoot - I have a hard enough time being nice on the way into the parking lot at the gym...lol ;) That settles it...I need two cars: 1. with LM Branded tags for when I WANT to be a nice driver and 2. one without for when I want to be incognito (a.k.a in need of coffee, running late or having a bad day) lol.
Up the street! I like that..we are not far...In fact we are close enough to "play" during launches on some occasions! I will definitely be Q'ing in NY! Can't wait! Hope to meet you there...It's going to be insane!!
Stay in Tocuh,
J

Heya Jess! So BA 46 is insane! Bill counted - 40 double plyos and 80 single plyos. I repeat....40 doubles and 80 singles!! How does one teach that?? :) hahah.....anyway. Guess what...I am headed to Long Beach Island THIS weekend. Too bad our weekends didnt cross, we could have done an attack challenge on the beach. Alas....I will leave my plyo footprint in the sand for you.
Hope all is well!!

You're poison running through my veins, you're poison!
I checked the DVD for BA 48 Posion and here is what they refer to by the arms:
Double arm punch down 45 - The arms go down in line with the body at a 45 degree angle to the body. The hands will likely be outside the knees. The arms come up form an X over the chest.
Double arm punch to side - The upper arm is parallel to the floor. The fist moves from the chest (with arms bent inwards) to the outside where your whole arm is parallel to the floor. The fist returns to the chest without the upper arm moving.
Double arm punch up - The arms start like in the punch to the side, upper arm parallel to the floor, fists over chest. The upper arm moves upwards to form a 45 degree angle with the body and the arm as a whole extends with fists in the air. It returns to the position with the upper arms parallel to the floor and fists over chest.
Hope this helps in understanding the notes for this track. Let me know if you have other questions I can help with.

Howdy Jess :-)
Thanks for your awesome energy in BA tonight! I was really tired in tracks 8/9 and needed your energy to push myself to complete exhaustion (mission accomplished :-) )
I contacted Kristin and if all goes well I'll get the BA 48 video back on Thrsuday and can let you know about the arms for BA 48 tr 9.
At some point we should organize a viewing party as I have a DVD player capable of playing PAL DVDs on NTSC TVs.
May you tap into the minitless well of energy great instructors seem to have access to for your launch tomorrow.
