Hi : ) So gut dann sprichst du auch ein bisschen deutsch : ) Ich versuche jeden Tag mit meinen Lieferanten deustch zu sprechen... Es geht ziemlich gut denke ich : ) But I guess you prefer english right?
I was also once in Hamburg, we went there with my company on a kickoff meeting. The most interesting thing I saw there was Stihlwerk. Have you ever been there? It´s a plce were all the promising designers in Germany display what they do and you can buy things. I saw soo many things I wanted to buy, but I didnt have that kind of cash with me, kind of expensive : ) It´s in the harbour, if you havent been there already, well worth a visit!
Germany is a nice country and they also have good beer :) I like the german people mostly, sometimes a bit irritating when they are drunk in the discothek : ) I meet a very nice and interesting german girl in Mallorca Cindy, she is the one with me on my picture. Hope to hear from her again sometime. She´s from Berlin.
So Hamburg, how often do you go there then? Not soo far away from Helsingborg where I live. Maybe you should visit Sweden too next time you go to Hamburg : ) Helsingborg is a small town with almost 120 000 citizens including me. Not far from the danish capital Copenhagen, 1 hour by car or train.
Yes I guess all german people at least once in their lifetime go to Mallorca. But who can blame them, it´s soo lovely there. And now I have also found a perfect nice big luxurious gym with more than 300 classes per week. Including BC, BP and BS plus much more. Look at www.megasportcentre.com its in Palma and a big must when you go to Mallorca. I have already booked 2 weeks next year, 11-25/6 and I´m pretty sure I will go trainig there again : )

Hi, yes it looks like you had fun at that launchparty : ) So where do you go when you go to germany? Do you speak german too perhaps? I speak german pretty good : )
The pictures are from both Mallorca and Helsingborg where I live. I also like them very much, you should definetly try Mallorca next time you are in Europe. If you go to Playa de Palma, Arenal you will meet a lot of german people, and maybe me : )
How did you end up in Usa then? I would like to try attack some day, looks interesting. today I did both Bodystep and Bodypump so I´m a bit tired : )

nice pictures, hula hula party or what ? : ) So what else is new over there? Ever been to Sweden? or Europe for that matter? I have not been to USA yet but it would be fun to go there... But it seems that you are having problems over there with all those hurricanes and things... All they talk about here on the news. Gustav!

back home? had a good trip? i do hope so
indeed youre right that it is cool you added me even before you met me! when i went online to find your profile i thought you had gone online directly after our classes but know i know better ;)!
the instructor teaching pump is called Jan and i dont think hes got a profile...when i asked him if he had he told me he wasnt in for these community stuff. anyway i tried to find him even before i asked him but...as you see!
i havent got so many friends here anyway...have never met international instructors before ;)....hope to that again!
unfortunately im not gonna make it for the 5th since i am in portugal....but maybe ill manage to find some club there where i can go...
oh and by the way i taught my first class since the start of july today and we had a great time :D the last week was the hardest ever for my legs...
so...kia kaha
