My summer is off & running! I just posted some new pics from the Las Vegas Q (was so much fun!!) as well as some pics from my Father's Day weekend at the Colorado River.

Also just bought a roadbike - caught the bug - and am recovering today from my inaugural ride yesterday - 28 miles down the coast!

Sounds like you're starting to have nice weather - time to enjoy!

Armagh is in Northern Ireland (I am in the Republic) & I have no idea about clubs up there. Have a search on the class locator. Sorry I couldn't help ya!

Thanks for letting me know a litle bit more about ya. Way to go about getting your BV tape done. Thanks for the Luck on my tapping. I love the River walk too. My dad was stationed at Lackland. When where you in the Air Force and did you have a favorite place that like being stationed at?
You got that right about being healthier and younger with the LM programs! Hope to hear back from ya soon.

P.S. I have a friend that lives in Minne-so-cold! I was just complaining about our cold weather here today in NOT so sunny So. Ca. - it's a wet & foggy 56 degrees! I know I should be counting my blessings!

Hey Jim, you are totally Welcome for the heads up and Thank you for your info too! That's a cute pic of you and your wife. I did my BodyVive training at the begingin of Dec. in Louisiana with the Phenomenal Karen Torrell. So have you video taped yours yet, I still need to do mine. So how long have you been teaching the LM programs and have you been to Texas? Hope to ehar from ya soon.
