Hey Jim,

Just wanted to say Hi, things going well in Perth and have 13 permanent classes!!!! Back to teaching Combat too which is good. Booked onto RPM in November. Had been considering Vive (the body will eventually object so....) but its doesnt seem to have taken off very well here, what news of it in the UK?

Aberdeen quarterlies this lunch time was wondering if you are presenting?? If so say Hi to Ross Murdoch. Linda Crawford and Lynne Naysmith for me.

Off to Bali for a holiday next week and away to see what classes are available there .... so sad I know.

Pump is great!! Apart from Biceps....Its same track in combat!!! keep thinking combat combo half the time Im doing it!!! LOL We launch Sunday. Im off at weekend tho, coming to Edinbro 4 a wee break :)

Yeah, I met Lynn, lovely lady!

The QW was cool! bummed there was no Vive workshop tho but loving combat, am away to do my first run of the new release on Sunday morning, Vive will follow in the next week I think, takes me a bit longer.

How you doing? how things down in edin?

I've got my level 3 practical on wednesday, to say I am passing bricks about it is an undertsatement! :-)

I'm down in edin for my advanced gym instructor practical 16-19th and I'm staying till the QW on 22nd so should have two days to myself, fancy meetin for a few bevvies?

My venue is New Haven Club for the practical.

Are you doing the Combat QW in Edin?
