Boise, ID was HAPPENIN'!!!!!!! Awesome job to all the Jam Junkies from this weekend. You rocked my socks off! I will definitely remember Boise for it's amazing Hard Work and unified team, the Balcony, F & B, my new bros - D, T and E, and of course, the fabulous Fly Girls!!! Last but not least, K-dawg - brilliant job training this weekend. You made me proud.

Keep up the jammin' and remember those rhythms.

Attack is def a close second to Jam for me as well. Being pushed is exactly what I am looking for. I'm trying to step out of my element and try something new.

I love step, but for some reason I seem to be a little to clumsy and miss the step a lot. I need to focus on putting my entire foot on the step before I try to get too fancy. haha.

I bet you and G rocked the house in Tampa. I hate I missed it. Maybe next go round! Keep in touch.

What's up Josh?! Hope your bodystep training went well. As I can see you're qualified to teach now, so I presume that it did! Congratulations! Just thought that you should be one of the first people to know, that in October I will be going to my second Les Mills initial training. I'm going to become a BodyAttack instructor. I'm super stoked dude!
Thanks for the encouragement! Hopefully the lessons you taught in my jam training are still in my skull somewhere.

Amy	Hi Josh! Just a quick hello from Macon. My visit to your gym for RPM training in June was awesome. You guys have a fantastic facility.
