Went through Body Combat training this weekend, and passed!! Wahoo. I thought after the training I'd be able to concentrate on other things, but it's still all I can think about. I love it!!

My trainer, Jana was amazing. A better trainer would be nonexistent.

Now I'm going to spend some time with my boys. I've missed them, and tomorrow it's onto more Body Combat because I've just unleashed my inner warrior. ;)

Heidi	Hi!It was inspiring to see you working out so hard at AmFam! Good for you for keeping it up while your toe heals! Hats off to you! I walk by that circuit class every day. It looks like fun. How was it? How is the toe too? I passed Combat! Yippee! That's such a load off my mind! I guess it took a month to hear. Not too bad! xo, heidi

Branden	I actually tape on Wednesday ahh. I am ready for the most part though. Nomatter how ready I am....doing the tape is frustrating lol. How is teaching going down there? Did you finish your team teaches?
