My name is Jessica. I'm a stay at home mom of 2 girls and HUGE Les Mills fan. I fell in love with Les Mills programs 3 1/2 years ago after trying a Body Step Class shortly after my 2nd daughter was born...I haven't stopped since.

I love the music, choreography, and GREAT workout that each release offers. It makes exercise FUN!

I am trained to teach Body Step and Body Pump and hope to tackle Body Attack the next time a training comes close. :)
