Qualified To Teach

BODYPUMP™

I learned on release 49 and got certified to teach BP at the age of 55 having never taught a class before so it was a very proud moment for me and I get prouder of teaching this world class program every time I teach.
I have been teaching for almost 4 years. I am trying to be real and be myself and keep the scripting sounding like things I would say as a personal trainer and motivator.
I teach 5 classes per week on the regular schedule and still love to sub. I never tire of this program which is why it is the only one I feel inspired to teach. I am 59 and in good shape and don't push heavy weights, I will leave that for you younger ones! I inspire in other ways!! lol This has helped the older members feel they can also do this program and get the benefits while loving the music and the experience. My motto is something is better than nothing when it comes to exercise and our bones as we get older. My music goes back to release 32 so I am able to add a lot of variety with songs and I mix it up a lot! This has allowed me to really crank out the tunes and sing along not that I am any good at that!

Connie	Glad to be of assistance, know what you mean about the size of the font, had to have my son (15yrs) read it out to me every time I tried got it wrong,lol. Not nice getting old the eye start playing up.

Connie	Hi Joanne Thanks for the message, always great to hear from you. To get the programme up that your qualified for is under "My Account" up the top right hand corner of the page, then click "progam" then you have to enter the code on the back of your DVD pack, make sure you have the correct numbers and Upper or lower case letters otherwise it won't accept it.
